Following the submission and presentation of our yearbook pitch, we did not get the Graphic Design yearbook to do. This went to Matt, Dom and Olli.
Following this announcement, we were then informed about the other yearbooks that are available for the groups to do. Luckily there's just enough groups for the amount of yearbooks so we're guaranteed to get one to do.
The way that it will work this year is different to before - instead of every course getting a book, only three courses will get this this year, then two will get an A1 folded down print out and two will get just an on screen PDF.
We discussed amongst ourselves which of the ones available we would like to do, and agreed that we wouldn't really mind which so long as we got the chance to do one that is print based. Beth emailed Fred with our choices to do either Fashion or Interior design. Now we just have to wait and see which we get.
In terms of this brief, this will be used as one of my substantial five that I will be doing, so I will evaluate this pitch brief as usual, and go now to have the new yearbook brief as Brief 3 - so all posts and what not regarding what yearbook we get and so on will now be labelled appropriately to this.
