Brief 10 - Book More Descriptions

As kind of shown in the contents page design development that I did, I have also considered to include a terminology section in the book as well. This is because most people like to customise their coffees to better suit their tastes, such as decaf, skimmed milk, etc. So I spent a bit of time writing these up - these are pretty simple and obvious really so just did them.

Decaf
A decaffinated espresso shot will be used in place of an ordinary espresso.

Half-Shot
To make a drink not as strong. Also known as ‘weak’.

Wet
Froth forms naturally when milk is steamed, therefore asking for a drink to be ‘wet’ will guarantee no/very little amount will be poured in it.

Extra Hot
A drink is prepared to certain temperatures. If this isn’t hot enough, simply request for it to be made hotter.

Skinny
For a drink with less calories, the milk will be switched from full fat to skinny.

Half-Caf
For a drink just as strong with half of the caffeine content.

Dry
A term often associated with a Cappuccino, requesting for there to be a larger amount of froth and less amount of steamed milk.

Extra Shot
To receive a drink that is stronger than it is usually made, just ask for an extra shot in it.
