Brief 3 - Meeting With The Course

Following the initial meeting for Interior Design with Fred and Steve, we arranged to have a meeting with the students from the course that we will be working with for the yearbook. A lot was discussed and didn't note everything down, but here are the notes that I wrote down on 07/03/2013.

Exhibition

• white and grey
• like lime/yellow green

Industrial look

• different size fonts

Free Range in London - July

Quirky.

Name, picture, what design into.

Zoomed in thumbnail on poster then more work on PDF.

One side poster and one side info for printed.

Interior Design as the name.

Lots of white space.

Definitely want photos of selfs.

Page saying what course is like.

Study visits.

Any info to be sent to us by the 15th.

Print on fabric, footpath, name - lazer cut individual letters up the side.

Everyone having A1 boards.

Fold - concertina and then folded over.

Wed mornings, Thurs all day and Fri afternoons - definitely should be in.

Celebratory/collector thing

Commercial design.

As well as the notes, they also gave us some printed out examples of the sort of stuff that they like for us to get ideas from. Really appreciate that they did this. I've scanned these in.

Also, they gave us an example of the sort of work that they produce like printed out - referring to the fold discussed in the notes. She let us keep this to refer to.
